Delivery
Delivery is available at reasonable rates with a minimum charge of $25.00.
Please call for the applicable charges to your location. Delivery rates are based
on ground floor delivery to one location and do not include setup services.
Labor
Setup and takedown services are available for an additional charge. Please
make arrangements in advance for this service. Call our office for an estimate.
Uniformed servers are available at $15/hr w/3 hr min.
Rental Rates (excluding tent rental)
Prices are quoted for a one day event rental. Rental pickup/ delivery subject to
availabilty. Prices are effective January 2009 and are subject to change without
notice.
Tent Rental
Prices quoted are for 1 - 3 day rental. Rental for additional days will be quoted
per availability. Price includes putting the tent up and taking down after the
event. Prior to tent placement the customer is responsible for verifying locations
of above and below ground utilities with appropriate agencies.
Reservations/Cancellations
A $50 Consultation/Reservation fee is required to secure the rental date. This
fee is non-refundable and is applied to the final bill. A 50% deposit is required to
secure equipment. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery or
pickup. Cancellation notice must be given in writing no less than 72 hours prior
to delivery date. Refund is subject to a 25% restocking fee. There is no refund
on special order items.
Loss or Damage
Renter is responsible for the equipment from time of delivery or pickup until
returned. There will be additional fees for missing, broken or damaged items.
Payment Options
We accept cash, check and credit card payments. Checks will only be accepted
with proper ID and must be received at least one week prior to rental date.
Returned check fee is $25.00. All unpaid returned checks will be turned over to
the prosecuting attorney for collection. Credit card payments are accepted
through PayPal. Arrangements for credit card payments must be made prior to
rental date. A 3% fee will be applied to credit card payments.
